This is the busted open podcast. AEW dynam last night, well technically dynamite and collision holiday bash, a three-hour

show, a lot of wrestling, a lot that went down.

This is kind of, I feel like this episode of Dynamite Nick had to like really hit because

the next two episodes I'm

thinking less people might watch considering that it lands on Christmas Eve and New

Year's Eve so to me oddly enough it kind of felt like the end of dynamite for me

was like this Wednesday yeah I know that that's a great point be I just I remember

the old days of working for Vince to where I flew out on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day to go to Raw, whatever the situation was, because it was never taped, no matter what this, no matter what, even if we knew one quarter of the people who watched that show we're still going to watch Vince

we'd put on a show and do something like that

and in this case you had that extra

overseas crowd for dynamite and collision

you get so it's like it already when the show opens

it already looks special

because it looks like double the crowd we normally see

they're hot.

And there's something about that, no matter how good that show is, you just know around the holidays, people are standing around at a party.

It might be on mute, you know, whether sip an eggnog out of bullwinkle mugs or something.

But it's just not the same because, what is it, one quarter of the people used to watch. And that was when we knew cable ratings.

Now half the people catch everything on YouTube or a clip on social media.

So I really think not a lot of people see it.
