I recently went to a concert at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. This venue has seen it all, from iconic singers like

Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra, to raw high-energy bands like the Ramones and Nirvana.

On this particular night, it was sold out

and buzzing. You could feel the spark in the air, just waiting for ignition.

The band was Wolfpec. They've been my favorite band for a while now. They're also currently

my kids' favorite band, which as a parent makes me kind of emotional. Musically, Volf Peck sits

somewhere between indie funk and Vintage Soul. Each member is a world-class musician with their

own unique projects, almost like a Volf Peck cinematic universe.

So when they come together, it feels a lot like a supergroup of incredible talent.
