and bad people do worse things.

How can there be corruption if no one is corrupt?

I mean that's like saying the gang is corrupt but none of the gangsters are.

Senator McConnell calls these lobbyists and he asked them for $200,000 in corporate soft

money.

I thought it would move beyond the line to as close to an outright bribe as you could find.

It's not going to pass now.

It's not going to pass tomorrow.

It's not going to pass ever.

And I'm guessing that if that was the end of the story, we would not be sitting here right now.

Yeah, not so much.
