Well, I have said this for years, folks.

I have said it for years and I'm going to say it again.

It's going to be the basis of the next guest we're going to talk to.

And that is, the concept of self-governance

is the most difficult type of government to enact.

It is almost impossible to make it work.

Imagine for a moment you're the school teacher.

And you go into the classroom and instead of saying

we're going to do math for an hour and then science for an hour and then

we're going to read for an hour and then we're going to do lunch

then we're going to have recess and then we're going to do

what I'd not get to or more. You aren't paying attention.

Instead of doing that, you would say what do you all want to do?

Some guy over there, the ice cream, some girls say

the plant side right now.

It would be out of hand, right?

Whenever you have a government of the people by the people for the people,

these are all things we learned in school and they're such pretty language,

isn't it? A government of the people, by the people,
