Governor, when you think back, how did the property tax issue kind of come on your radar and

when did you know it was a big issue? It really flared up very suddenly, at least in my recollection, when people got their bills

in the early summer, I suppose it was, of that year.

And it was spotty around the state.

There were many places where it caused little disruption.

Then there are other places where it was all anybody wanted to talk about. Marion County here was one of them. But anyway, it became the top priority
