It's hard to admit that we're struggling with something, and it's much easier to think that someone

else should be fixing the sin in their lives without addressing the sin in our own lives.

When we're focused on our own obedience and our own repentance and confession of sin,

it's going to put into perspective whatever the situation is at hand.

How we like to keep our sins kind of back of mind like we don't like to

think about them. But what happens is there's a tremendous amount of guilt and shame and even

striving to fix our own sins that becomes attached to that when we're not bringing our sins
