One day closer to the weekend, one day closer to college football. I don't know if you're aware of this.

20 days from now, Mississippi State will suit it up and get ready to ride.

20 days. We'll be headed down in New Orleans cover ballgame indoors while many of our

compatriots around the country will sit in the humidity and the sun we will enjoy

the climate-controlled atmosphere of Louisiana Superstone.

Happy to be down there.

So look forward to that.

Hope that you guys have made plans to join us down there.

One of the things that I am hearing is that Mississippi State ticket sales for the season

opener in the Louisiana Superdome are going quickly.

There are some fans that have contacted me. Steve, do you know where I can get tickets?

Well, there are a lot of third-party vendors out there, but let me just share with you that if you're going to wait until the end, chances are you're going to have to kind of take what you can get.

So let me encourage you, go ahead and buy your tickets now.

It's going to be here before you know it.

I mean, we get wrapped up in the day-to-day minutia of living that sometimes we let, you know,

things get away from us.

But that ballgame is going to be here before you know it it's almost like

we've kind of lulled ourselves into a little bit of a of a summer cocoon of sorts because we had

Omaha and then you know we had a little bit of a time off and then it's media days and you know listen

we are uh we're going to have i guess guess, practice number five today already.
