where you are and hope you're wearing maroon. Isn't it wonderful to live in a country that we can

celebrate maroon Friday as we wish? And I hope that you're ripping the brand. You know, I, for one,

am very grateful to be a Mississippi State Bulldog. I am very grateful to be a Mississippi State parent.

I am grateful to have been born into a Mississippi State family,

the son of a Mississippi State alum.

Those things are all very important to me.

I am a Mississippi State guy.

I am for Mississippi State and for everybody else who is for Mississippi

State. The chances of all of us meeting up in a bar and having a drink and having a good

time together are pretty slim with different walks of life and different, you know, outlooks and

political philosophies and religious backgrounds and that sort of stuff that, you know,

the maroon ties are the ones in mind.

There's one thing we can all agree on is we want Mississippi State to do well.

So my hope is, it's out there today that you are proudly wearing your school colors

and demonstrating to the world that you know what through Thickertan, I am a Mississippi State bulldog.

Even when things haven't gone the way that I hope that they would go,

I am still proud to be part of a maroon heritage.

I hope that you feel the same way,

and I hope that you are absolutely wearing those colors today.

Mississippi State needs all the fans that it can get.
