As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the Tuesday edition of the yard.

The New Year's Eve edition, it's been an interesting year in Mississippi State, 2019.

I can't say we closed it out on a strong note on the football field front.

We're going to talk a lot about that.

Here's what we're not going to do today.

We're not going to have a pity party.

We're not going to do that.

But I am going to give you a very accurate, a very earnest, and a very honest assessment

of where we are as a football program.

The changes that I believe need to be made immediately,

not nine months from now,

not 12 months from now,

now,

very frustrated like many of you are.

And I'm going to get into detail about much of that today. I'm one of those people

too. I've said many times on this show, I am for Mississippi State, and I am for everybody

else that is for Mississippi State, and I support every coach as long as they are employed

at Mississippi State. That doesn't mean that I can't be critical of the coaches at Mississippi State or the administrators

at Mississippi State or the president at Mississippi State or the cheese store at Mississippi State or

whatever. You can do both. You can be a supporter and still be somewhat critical. I think that's part of the deal.
