Hey, Church, how are you all?

Good to see you in the house on every location, every campus.

I am excited to be here and to open the word and to teach today.

But before I do that, I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to

you, Church, for your prayers. Many of you were aware that my husband and I ended up in Israel

on the day that the war broke out. And through power of social media, I was able to get a message

out simply to say, we don't know what comes next,

but we would appreciate prayers. And I know my family here at Church of the Highland were literally

in prayer for our family, for our safety. And I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank

you because your players were needed and they were felt.

It took us five days, a pretty terrifying five days of trying to get out of the area that

was in the war zone where we were.

We landed in Tel Aviv and ended up going across the Jordan.

And it was five days of just constant movement and just a

constant sense of having to be aware of the prayers of people, so we kept our focus and didn't

lose sight of our focus and got home to our family. But I just wanted to take a moment because

I know you were praying. Many of you inquired.

We're thankful to be home, back with our children.

Thankful to be here today.

That God, God is out safely, aware of so many more that are not safe right now,

that are caught in that war.

But I want to thank you, Church.
