Hello my friends, my friends. Welcome back. It is time to the morning my set for

today. Our opportunity to get our minds aligned with the truth of God's word, the Bible.

I wonder if you've taken a moment recently to go check out the needs that are existing

over at not a needy person.org.

This is our nonprofit where believers in Christ can submit their needs for consideration

and others like you can come alongside

and give toward meeting those needs small amounts large amounts it doesn't

really matter every little bit helps to meet very real needs of listeners just

like you recently we've had a slowdown in the giving and we have some needs that have sat there for quite

a while in need of fulfillment.

We're asking you to prayerfully consider, would God have you give a small amount, a large amount to help us meet these

Okay, today we are continuing through the Gospel of John.

We're in Chapter 17 going to be looking at verses 4 and 5 today.

So get out your copy of the scriptures and let's take a look.

Jesus is praying.

So get that concept in your head.

Jesus, God in the flesh, the God man,

is speaking to his father, who is also God. So we're listening to a conversation

between the Trinity. We're listening to God speaking to God. You know, how revealing,

how powerfully illuminating this is for us to hear what God is thinking out loud about the situation

that Jesus was in at that moment before he goes to the cross.
