Summary

When the bodies of eight missing sex workers are found in the home of a serial killer in Poughkeepsie, New York, one woman is noticeably absent: Michelle Eason. Decades after closing the case against Kendall Francois, police are still looking for Michelle - and they think there’s a good chance someone else may be responsible for her disappearance.

0:15.7	Police have circled back to their main suspect in a string of serial missing persons cases that might be related to Michelle's

0:25.2	But when they devised this plan to corner him, they had no clue at what horrors awaited them.
0:55.2	One morning in mid-January of 1998, after Kendall Francois drops his mother off at work, police stop him and ask him to come down to the station.

1:14.7	In fact, City of Pekipsi head of detectives Bill Seagriss says he didn't even ask what he was about.
1:20.7	This time though, police have the table set and ready for Kendall.
1:24.7	You see, Bill had touched base with his FBI profiler friend Charles Dorsey about how to handle this interview.
1:31.4	And they decided to stage the police conference room in a way that would make Kendall really nervous.
1:38.7	So we had the conference room set up.
1:40.2	We had pictures of his house.
1:42.2	We had pictures of Kendall Francois.
1:45.2	We had a file cabinet set up.
1:47.4	We had Kendall Francois military records.
1:50.3	Kendall Francois did all this stuff.
1:53.1	It was all dumbied up.
1:55.0	And Charlie Dorsey says, bring him in there, put him in there, and let him sit there for a few minutes and still.
