about two months before the disappearance of Dom and Bruno.

Bruno was going along the river with his colleague Tataku, who was driving their boat.

It was just the two of us, me and Bruno.

As they approached one of the villages along the riverbank, Bruno asked Tatak to get closer to the shore

and to cut the engine so he could take a photograph

that he wanted to send to Dom.

As they ne near the village, the man raised the gun and pulled the trigger.

It just missed. The lead shots landed just near our bullet.
