means is that if you haven't heard episode one you should go back and listen to that before listening

The episode. Summer 2010, three men are making their way up the slopes of Mount Rainier or the summit.

They follow all of the usual safety protocols for mountain climbing, including roping in all three members. They're all

tied to the same rope. The two men in the lead begin to grow concerned about their friend

bringing up the rear. They do a quick check on the rope and find it's gone slack. They pull the

rope line all the way up to their position and find that there is no one on the other end of that

rope. Their friend is gone. What ensues is a massive search

of the mountainside, but the missing climbers tracks lead in a nonsensical direction before

disappearing into thin air as though he just floated away with no trace of where he's gone

or what has become of him. Today we head to the Cascade Mountains in search of Eric Lewis.
