Hey, True Advocate, I'm back with another family interview today, but before we get into that,

Today's case is a tough one and can be a bit confusing

to follow. I've tried to clarify and clean up as much of the confusion as possible, but as it's unsolved,

there will always be a level of confusion and uncertainty. It's important to know that the family

of David Ortiz Jr., the victim in this case, feel confident that they know who is responsible

for their son's disappearance. I want you to remember that every suspect is innocent until proven

guilty in a court of law, and while the Ortiz family believe with their hearts that they know

who made their son disappear, it's not the contention of true consequences that these individuals are innocent or guilty.

I will leave that for the courts to decide.

I chose not to edit the names out because that would not be fair to this family who have been

fighting for answers for nearly 13 years.

a nonprofit called Southern New Mexico Unsolved Murders. She does a lot to help the families
