Growing up, I receive a lot of unorthodox advice. A family friend from the church, he tells me

that my big plan to go to college is a waste of time. That what with the end times of

falling is everything right. What I should do instead is to join him going door to door selling knives.

I get to think I don't know because maybe that works okay for him. But for me,
