Hey Garage Logic fans, I do a podcast on the Garage Logic Network that comes out every Wednesday and Friday now, twice a week.

But here's an important caveat.

There is zero logic available in my show in the formal definition of logic.

Of course, life is a yin and yang kind of thing.

There's the logic side and then there's the what the hell side which

needs to get its exercise so come for the what the hell and stay for the you've got to be kidding me

That means it's time for me to get out of bed and get dressed, take a shower, and face my career.

Time to make a living. Time to be the man my mama hoped I would be when I was a little infant.

I'll be a guy who talks in a microphone and says stuff.

All right, what I thought we'd do this time around is go way back, way back to the old KSTP radio days.

There's something I've wanted to play for you.

And it's my favorite memory from my years on the radio.

Yes, I actually have a favorite memory.

A series of conversations with a man named Al, now deceased, sadly.

One of the things I loved to do when I was on the radio is look down and see that light flashing

that told me someone was calling the program.

Now, the studio engineer and technical director was always on the other side of this thermopane

glass, and he would normally answer those calls, but every now and then he had to use the bathroom.
