All right, I'm going to jump on here and we're going to talk about one thing that I got a call the other day of and I

I get a chance to address it. I have been busy but I'm going to try to get here on this weekend as well

and give you guys some videos and kind of educate everybody a little bit more.

And somebody called me and started reading the case to me and I was like, well, hold on, did you read Miranda at

that point?

He's like, well, no, we never read Miranda.

And I'm like, like well why aren't you

read Miranda and he's a friend of mine it's a funny thing that we're talking about

he goes well nobody reads Miranda. I said well there's a certain point that comes

in your traffic stops where Miranda is required if you're going to have continued

further question. Remember you have to have custody plus interrogation is Miranda.

So the question is, when does Miranda kick in? I just want to clear this up for a lot of guys

and get an understanding. And then I'll tell you some of the discussions we had in class and where

it can go from there. You can tell you what your thoughts are. I think one day we're going to do a live session where you

guys get your questions together. I'm going to just answer stuff as it fires in and we'll try to figure out. If you're watching this video and
