Well, I am thrilled to be here at North Point Community Church, continuing our series

Miracles then and now. I want to welcome everybody at all of our different locations.

If somebody invited you today, if you're here with us in person at one of our locations or

you're joining us online, I'm also thrilled you joined us today. We're continuing a series

that has been going on for a couple of weeks.

I want to catch you up because today we're going to kind of build upon some of the we've talked

about in previous weeks. And specifically, I want to talk about something Andy really laid out last

week. Two weeks ago, we began this series, and it's with a question. This question right here,

do miracles really happen?

And this is a question many of you have asked. And you wonder, you look around, you see

certain things, and you wonder, you know, was that a miracle? Was God involved in that?

Do miracle, should I pray for miracles? Does God even care? Are the biblical stories about the

miracles true? Are they myth? Are they legend? Like, can they be trusted?

And if, if somebody says they're true, what's our proof that they're true? And if that's you,

and you haven't been with us the last couple of weeks, you need to go back to week one. Andy offered

a simple definition as we were getting started of what we define as a miracle. And a miracle is

simply a temporary suspension or reversal of the laws of nature.

It's something simply that's unnatural.

It's not what you would expect to happen.

And he pointed out in that first message that if you're going to be a Christian,

if you choose to be a follower of Jesus,
