Summary

Pastor Vlad continued on the series "The Secret Place". He went into detail of the story of Elijah and the poor widow and the divine instruction the prophet gave her that could change our life. Sermon Notes: Focus on the presence inspite of the problems (2 Kings 4:1) Presence of a problem is not an indication of God’s absence or his approval. Focus on what’s left, not on what’s lost. (2 Kings 4:1) God will use you to be part of solution to the problem you were a part of creating. If God changes my life without changing me, I will find myself in the same problem soon. Jesus wants to make my life better but also make me better at life. When you lost everything, remember, the Holy Spirit did not leave you. If you recognize that Holy Spirit has not left you, he will being to lead you. Face your fear (2 Kings 4:3) Before God removes problem, he wants to remove fear. Flood of the past will not repeat in the future When clouds gather, look for the rainbow. Fear is faith in the reverse. Faith and fear both ask me to belie in something I can’t yet see. I choose faith Secret place is the secret to God’s success (2 Kings 4:4) Close the door of distraction so that God can open windows of heaven Empty your mind of life’s problems so that God can fill it with his peace Oil will multiply in the pouring. Talk to Holy Spirit in private and you will walk in Holy Spirit in public. Holy Spirit flows as I get filled, fellowship and follow him.
