This is Holy Family School of Faith.

So welcome to our rosary meditation.

I am so blessed to be at Fiorella Event Center for this candlelight Rosary.

I'm watching all of the candles being lit. It's so moving to see them

come alight with the fire of your love for Jesus and for Mary as we're gathered here this evening

to turn to our lady under the title, Queen of Peace, so that she will intercede for our country, for our families,

for each one of you individually, and for our whole world, because peace can only reign if it begins

in our hearts by adoring Jesus and Mary in our heart.

Then it can spread to our marriages and our families, our homes,

and then throughout the rest of our country and the world.

But it begins right here.

It begins right here in the heart of the country in Kansas City. So let's begin in the name of

the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. And let's call to mind all those that we've promised to pray

for this evening, especially for Archbishop Naumann, and for all of your prayer intentions that you hold in your heart for the election,

for our country, and for the world that the heart of Mary, the heart of this mother will lead

all people to the heart of her son Jesus in the Eucharist.

Our first meditation.

The spiritual battle we face will not be won or lost by the election.

There is a much larger spiritual war raging that involves will not be won or lost by the election.

There is a much larger spiritual war raging that involves the whole world, not just the

United States of America.

It's bigger than politics, economics, or military might.
