In the late evening hours on Thursday, November 12, 2015, a one more employee named Christopher Jackson, who goes by Chris, was just getting started on his overnight shift when his phone buzzed.

It was his fiance, Angela Wilder, who was home alone with her two-year-old son Carter.

Now, just so you know, Carter is a pseudonym given in the book Wilder Intentions to protect the identity of their son, who is still a juvenile.

Now, all of the juveniles that I will mention today have pseudonyms, so just FYI.
