Well, I think it's more important that you just want to work with great coaches,

whether it's a head coach, quarterback coach, assistant quarterback coach, coach quality control you just want to be around great

football minds and I've always been fortunate in my ten years in the league I've been around some really great

football minds and I think our current staff is a continuation of that for me and I do think I continue to be fortunate to have great coaches around me and around our team to help us.

I always appreciate Kirk shouting out the quality control coaches as well.
