You can definitely get a feel for where guys are at mentally now and then physically as well as far as how

certain skill sets will fit offense defense guys roles that they're currently

comfortable with and then hey how do we push these guys to understand within the

competitions going on across going on across the board how they can thrive and

really challenge themselves to really see what that will look like from a role

standpoint in helping us win football game. So I think it's it's kind of the start I

told the team earlier this week it's kind of the start of that process but by no
