I appreciate that. Thank you. As I said, this is the first time that we're having you on this year or year that has already been incredibly turbulent.

Yeah. So much stuff happening. More likely to happen. I have some predictions that I'm going to pepper throughout today's show.

But in addition to the chaos that's been going on around the country, evidently there's been some more local chaos for you.

Yes, unfortunately last night, my little sister, a grown woman with her two little boys, she's a single mom. Her house burned down. Like just it's gone. All her stuff. Luckily, everybody's okay. The dogs are okay. The boys are okay. But, you know, they had all their Christmas presents and new clothes. It's just gone. And she's already been struggling, you know, enough as a single mom. So if you guys want to go to my Instagram, there's a story on there with the GoFundMe link and her Zelle link.

If you guys want to donate, we really appreciate it. You know, she has insurance, but it takes a long time and they don't cover any temporary housing for her. So it's going to be rough during the rebuild. And it's going to take at least a year. So, you know, we got to work with this navigating this insurance system we have in this country.

Of course, they got to take their 10%. So yeah, pick your poison.

Yeah, devastating for your family. Really sorry to hear about that. And yeah, the insurance

can take a very long time to actually get the money through.

And it ain't cheap to rebuild a home, nor to live somewhere while you're waiting for it.
