I am back with you again this snowy Monday or post-Snowy Monday.

Derek is off.

I'm sure he'll update you on everything tomorrow.

I think he needed what they call a me day.

Well, what could be more conservative? What could be more Ayn Rand than taking a me day? Maybe he's

sitting there reading Anthem to the girls. I'm not sure, but he will be back with you. In the

meantime, he has put you into my tender and caring hands. If you're cold out there,

if you were out there like I was, running the snowblower, fighting the elements, if you're

cold, if you're unfortunate enough to maybe have had an accident in any problem like that

from the snow, your generator went out, your heat went out. Well, picture yourself in my hands, your little baby bird.

And my hands are those velvet gloves. And I'm going to hold you and get you through this Monday,

kick this post-snowy week off right. And speaking of birds, let me tell you, my birds are hitting

the feeder like it owes them money.

They could not get enough of that bird feeder.

Our little feathered friends do not store a lot of fat, so they need to eat even when it's snowy.

So if you're a bird lover out there and it seems like it gets all of us after we pass a certain age,

make sure that they can get their feed. Make sure they can get to that

feeder. And also the water, they need water, believe it or not. It may seem a little strange or

counterintuitive. It's easy to forget. But if you're taking care of them out there, there's a good

thing you can do. It comes from my old days in animal science on the farm. And if you want to keep
