We're going to catch up with Charles Adams, the third here, the head coach of the Minneapolis

North football team. But we are at Score North and on the Mackey and Judd show, and Purple Daily, too.

We're getting behind something that we believe is really important and something

that we hope can make a difference in the North Minneapolis community. So Minneapolis North

High School has set up a fund that aims to raise scholarship money for the North class of

24, which would have been Deshawn Hill Jr's graduating class. And most of you have probably been up to speed on the story, but he was tragically,

and I would add the word, senselessly killed earlier this year.

And, you know, he's just when you start to hear descriptions from his friends and family,

and I have a quote here just that, you know, that his family

described him as an amazing son, brother, friend who touched the lives of everyone that he met

with his infectious smile and humble personality. In addition, you know, also being a standout

athlete at North. He just, I don't know, it just if we can help get behind this and, and help

do some good for the North Minneapolis community,

the goal of the fund is to establish an initiative that the benefits the school,

the students, and the community for years to come.
