0:12.0	Outside a federal building, agents fired tear gas at protesters after a group blocking a driveway had to be cleared after they kicked and banged on vehicles.
0:20.0	The Department of Homeland Security says 12 people were arrested for allegedly assaulting
0:24.4	law enforcement officers.
0:26.1	And yesterday, President Donald Trump threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act.
