0:19.3	country lead story tonight, the George Floyd situation in Minneapolis, trial opens today,
0:26.6	it was immediately postponed. I think it took 10 seconds. And the reason is that the
0:32.7	prosecutors may lodge a third charge against the former Minneapolis police officer, who they say
0:42.0	was the cause of George Floyd's death. The third charge might be third degree murder. So Derrick
0:49.1	Shavin, age 44 years old, is literally fighting for his life in this trial. Now as everybody in
0:58.6	the country knows, there's video tape and we're not going to show you it because it's just inflammatory.
1:03.8	We'll show you some stills of Mr. Shavin kneeling on George Floyd's neck for seven minutes and 45
1:11.2	seconds. And that led to his death, say the prosecutors in the state of Minnesota.
1:17.6	The defense will say that Mr. Floyd was under the influence of powerful drugs, which is true
1:25.1	according to the toxicology report. And that was why he was killed. All right. So I'm not going
1:34.8	to try the case. That's ridiculous. But many millions of Americans have tried the case and
1:41.6	convicted Mr. Shavin. He's guilty. You know that. Everybody knows that. That's why the governor
1:48.4	of Minnesota called an international guard already because if Shavin is not convicted of second
1:55.7	degree murder, if he's convicted of mass water, the lesser charge, there will be violence in the
2:01.3	United States. And everyone knows where is that violence coming from. I will tell you in a moment.
2:07.2	But first, this trial is going to be televised on court TV. It's expected to take six weeks
2:16.6	after they get the charges sorted out. They will begin to select a jury. And then that's going
2:25.7	to take a while. This case, by the way, should not be should not be heard in Hannover County.
2:31.2	It should have been moved to northern Minnesota or even out of state. You're never going to get
2:39.4	an objective jury. And once they see the video of Officer Shavin kneeling on Mr. Floyd's neck,
2:47.6	it's almost impossible to think anybody would acquit the officer, particularly when they hear
