0:20.0	I'm going to be talking about the power of praise and how we need to keep our
0:25.4	focus on God and to me praise is the most important thing that we can do. I
0:30.8	actually believe that praise, Thanksgiving and praise, is like taking your pulse.
0:36.6	You know when we came in here we had people check your temperature and ask you how you're feeling
0:41.0	and stuff. And if you want to find how a person is spiritually I believe
0:45.0	that you can actually tell by whether or not they're giving thanks and praise to
0:49.5	God I really do and it doesn't matter what the situation is. I'm going to talk about so many things but you know Paul and Silas were in prison at midnight and they were singing praise and on and on you could go.
1:01.6	2nd Chronicles chapter 20 about Jehoshaphat setting the praisers out in front of him as they went out to battle.
1:08.0	It's not anybody can praise God on the other side of the Red Sea, but it's a can you praise God on this side of the Red Sea.
1:18.0	This is a greatest indication to me of spiritual health, or you could say spiritual maturity is whether or not a person is giving praise and thanksgiving to God.
1:30.0	And I just happen to have a book on this and a whole series on this and so this is going to be a reminder for most of us. I know that most of us at some time or another God has shown this to us, but you know especially man I just I had to miss some of what
1:45.2	Duane was saying today but I heard the last 10 minutes of it it was awesome
1:49.6	amen I'm told Donna already I want to get the whole thing so I can listen to it.
1:55.0	But when you're talking about politics and dealing with all of the
2:00.0	immorality and the things that are happening in our nation. I tell you what you need to be
2:04.6	praising God big time because you're looking at all of the negative and hearing all of the weird
