Chapter 13

to the Lord

in Acts of 13th chapter 9th the Lord. Ministering to the Lord.

In Acts of 13th chapter, this is New Testament church here that we're reading about.

The book of Acts is actually still being written.

We're a part of the same church that began here sometimes people talk about the early church but really that almost leaves an impression it's a different church from us it's the same church

same church same gospel same holy, and it's ongoing.

I don't know what chapter we're in now, but the Spirit of God is still doing things in the church.

And so our lives, the happenings in ministry, et cetera, should look like what we read about in Acts.

It shouldn't be far different.

It should be the same.

If anything, it would be the same thing, just more of it.

But the same things, because God doesn't change. In Acts of 13th chapter, 13 in verse

1, it says, now there were in the church that was at Antioch, certain prophets and teachers, as Barnabas, Simeon that was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manian, which had been brought up with Herod, the teacher Arkansas.

As they, these men, ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, separate me, Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I've called them.
