Well, I'm watching the weather carefully because I'm watching the weather carefully because I'm hosting Thanksgiving.

And so it was like a high of 66.

And I'm like, darn it, because I want to put the kids table outside.

Like, get the kids outside.

Get the noise outside. I can eat outside.

It's 66.

I don't know.

Now it's California. My cousins from Iowa will be wearing basketball shorts and a tank top at 66. Midwesterners and Northeasters are like, are you kidding? 66 and you're canceling plans? That's, we're like, oh, look at this glorious day. Then the Midwesterners can come to my house and sit and eat on my patio. The kids are complaining kids. They'll be out there sun tanning. You're like, God, it's so hot. You know, it's so hot. It gets so hot in the house, too, with like the ovens going. I'm like, oh, my gosh. Like, I'm just always dying. And then my guests are like, it's cold.

Can we shut the windows?

And I'm like, no. Yeah, no, please. Canying myself off. Well, you need a good hot flash right in the middle of it. Yeah. Throw a turkey across the room and just call it a day. That's it. I'm done. Middle-aged Thanksgiving. I love it. Speaking of turkeys, if you guys haven't ever seen a B and I's amazing turkey brining YouTube episode on her YouTube, where can people find that YouTube? Because it is, I've had people tell us that, tell me that it is now like a holiday, like a Thanksgiving tradition, that they will watch it over again. Oh, it is for me. Yeah, it's planes, trains, and automobiles. And Brianapalooza by Andrew Barber and Jody Sweeten. Those are the things you got to watch. If you've never, I put my hand in a turkey's hole and it was, yeah, yeah. You pull out things you weren't expecting. Right? Talk about a hand turkey, you know, when you drive a little.

I love brining. And now my, well, she's not my mother, not my mother. Michael's stepmom is coming to stay with us next week. Oh, nice. And she's never brined a turkey. So I'm going to show her how to brine a turkey. Oh, boy. Oh, this is very excited. You know, anytime I get to indoctrinate someone new.

Anytime you get to throw a bird in a bucket, you're happy.

I'm so excited.

I live for this.

So we go to my mom's, you know, for Thanksgiving.

And when I asked her what some of my friends could bring, she was like, nothing.

It's fine.

Right. Right. Because they don't do it right. I've adopted that this year. Well, because they don't do it right. She will have, she'll, she'll, she'll, she'll, she'll farm some things out, but they didn't make it right. So she's like, I'm doing it. I get this. I'm turning into Janus Sweeten. I told everyone this year, just bring an appetizer, maybe. My mom, so the running joke in our house is that my mom's always like, we need a veggie tray. Like, for who? Who the hell eats the veggie tray? Right. There's three carrots gone. Maybe. Maybe. Right. And so Celia and I always joke that like, oh, make sure we get the veggie tray. and of course Scala was going to bring an appetizer and she's like oh yeah
