I was listening to your podcast on Judgmental Mormons, and it just brought up some thoughts I wanted to share with you.

Feel free to share them on your podcast. For my experience, this has been one of the hardest things to overcome.

I'm a perfectionist, so I'm already always thinking that people are judging me, and the Mormon Church just validated my inner negative self-talk.

I've been out of the church for a while, but I'm still recovering from it.

After years of therapy, medication, breakdowns, relationships, and a whole re-evaluation of the meaning of life,

I'm finally in a relatively good place.

I have been lucky to find a therapist who has had, who has the same disgust for the LDS Church as I do,

which is quite difficult to find in Utah.

I find it so ironic that the LDS Church tells us not to judge

when it is one of the most judgmental institutions

I've ever come across in my life so far.

Often people say us exmos are just bitter and hateful,

so I'd like to share a personal experience,

which, in my opinion, shows

how completely fucked up their moral compass and ideas on judgment are.

My grandfather was found molesting my cousin and eventually came out.

He had molested one of his own kids and a few other cousins. He was a worthy

temple recommend holder. Power of discernment my ass. Anyways, there was a ton of family drama,

but with my grandpa not even being sorry about it, my aunt not being able to decide if she
