It's plus awesome name echo. It's great. Yeah. I love that. Okay. Okay. Here we go. Let's go. And Cook was murdered on May 9, 2000, as she was walking her King Charles Spaniel in Watford Park. Oh, sad. I love those dogs. How do you do?

Lady. We're not sad about her. We're sad about the dog. Where are they? We're probably fine. Yeah, I know the dog was fine, but oh, they've just got the cutest little faces. And we're going back track a little bit. Let's focus on Ann. Okay. Sorry. I did see the dog. Really cute. Yeah.

Ann was 35 years old, single and was an identical twin. She was a website designer and had been living with her twin sister until her twin Susan got married and moved out to live with her husband.

Ann had a dog named LV, which again was a King Charles Spaniel and apparently Sarah loves them. Apparently they're super cute.

Ann and her sister Susan always walked the dog together, but since Ann started walking her dog herself, she started carrying a small pocket knife for protection, which I will come back to later on. Okay.

On May 9, Ann went out to walk her dog as usual in the nearby park, but little did she know a shirtless man was hiding in the bushes of the wooded park area waiting for some random stranger to be his prey.

A dog owner and his dog came upon Ann's body and her dog was standing by protecting her. Oh, police were called in an investigation immediately started up.

Ann's sister Susan wanted justice, and pleaded to the community to come forward if they had any tips or witness something that day.

Many came forward with names and things they saw and every lead was thoroughly checked out, but only one witness had a valid tip.

A man was seen running bare-chested along the motorway and dashed across the motorway, like the freeway, dashed across the motorway and went into the nearby area, neighborhood.

So police then started patrolling the neighborhood and knocking on all the doors, making inquiries if they saw anything or knew anything.

Now, it just so happened that a few weeks earlier, two young schoolgirls were walking home when they were sexually violated in the same area.

The girls gave a rather basic description of the man, not knowing if there was a connection they continued with the search, the police did, right?

They even shut down the motorway for a morning to search for any clues and guess what? The search paid off.

They recovered a bloody kitchen knife, and it was sent off to forensics in hopes of a quick turnaround.

Wow, on the motorway they found that. That's crazy. Wow, okay. That's a good find.

Now, back to the tips that were still coming in and being sorted through. Some were saying they saw a shirtless man hiding in the alleyways, and another resident pointed out that a man was hiding in places that only residents of the neighborhood would know about.

Interesting, right? We all have those neighborhoods growing up. They're you, the little little nosing crannies.
