Apparently, that's not going to occur because of the rules in the United States Senate.

You're saying the minimum wage won't be in this pressure?

I guess it will not be in it.

I put it in, but I don't think it's going to survive.

Well that was a portion of Joe Biden's interview over the weekend and we learned that he seems

to have caved on the $15 minimum wage that was part of his nearly $2 trillion coronavirus

relief package.

Now as some of you might already know, the Senate Democrats have moved forward with the

plan to pass a more robust relief package through reconciliation, meaning that the Senate

would only need a simple majority in order to pass that bill.

Now Kamala Harris would serve as the type breaking vote.

If they've moved forward with that process, no one in the Democratic Party and certainly

not Joe Biden should give up on the minimum wage hike in the package.
