It goes back to George Bush and his buddy, Ken Lay, or Kenny Boy, as George called him.

In 1999, as Governor of Texas, George W.D. regulated the power industry.

And I should, well, he's a term D-regulated at the fancy word for decriminalize.

He did that for his buddy, Ken Lay, who pleasureed him then as the number one donor and biggest

bundler for George Bush's, George Bush Jr.'s campaign for president.
