Well, currently I think the process that's happened for me is I think that the basement might be the most overrated feature of a home.

So I'm like, all right, I'm going to give him, And we'll probably move in the next five years, but like we need one more bedroom for me to have a real office. I mean, I'm currently occupying one bedroom while they split a bedroom that they wanted to do. They're kind of into that idea. Now they're getting to the point where they need separation. So back to the basement, I go. It's fine. We'll make it work. We have a very flexible

ability on this show, Brad. Good for you. I'm glad that you're that flexible. They will use

that basement though and you will want to keep a door off of that basement. No off

door. Well, that's where it currently is. I need to put a door on it currently to keep it

more quiet for podcasting. So I need to find like a temporary door, you know, something that can
