Mondays are buffer days just know that so if you don't do shit today. Your best is always enough. That's one of my morning

affirmations that I always listen to every single morning. I got a facial last night. Get your mind out of the

gutter. This was a real facial at an establishment in the skin care realm.

And holy shit.

Like I'm overdue for getting Botox.

My skin right now, I'm not wearing makeup.

That's a lie. I have a little bit of mascara and lip gloss, but there's not one ounce of

makeup on my skin and it looks like porcelain like glass. I'm

getting a facial every six weeks and I'm gonna be that bitch. Was it, I don't know, $300, basically including tip?

Yeah, but when you're my age, you guys,

that's what you got to start doing and without further do let's just

jump right in because I have an incredible sweet university for you guys

grab your pen grab your paper because I'm here to teach and I'm here

to save you a lot of time and energy and heartbreak and I'm going to tell you what red flags you

need to be looking out for. If this guy invites you to get drinks but not dinner.

I don't know this is necessarily like a bright red flag.
