Regiment and you just kind of show us the fun stuff? I think it's a bit of both. I have a few workouts every week that are like

super specific that I kind of want to do and do properly and do really hard and then I

have a lot of stuff that's just a ton of fun and I see as training and cross training and a good way to you know stay fit

stay in shape and have a lot of fun at it.

Yeah I think find something that you're passionate about that requires some level of fitness
