It's getting ridiculous Morgan Wallins song last night has been the number one song has been the number one spot for 13 weeks now okay it's a long time song has been on the charts for 22 weeks so it's been number one for 13 weeks and it's been on the chart for 22 weeks.

What is that generate in revenue I don't know but it's got to be significant the song is the first this is interesting I found this.

The fan service the country stars like Morgan wallin and Taylor Swift I would argue are the fan service that they execute that they're used to doing that they're used to engaging on is different from the fan service in the pop world it is much different okay Morgan wallens fans are rabbit and I can see a scenario where in the future if he holds a shit together where Morgan wallin achieve something close to the phenomenon the Taylor Swift is undergoing with her massive

in in undeniable unique fandom that she has right now and though Ariana Grande is as big if not bigger probably bigger than Morgan wallin I don't think it's possible for her to achieve the type of success that I think it is possible for Morgan wallin to achieve okay the ceiling therefore I think is much higher in my opinion for Morgan wallin that it is for Ariana Grande and that is precisely because he is country and country music just like a natural

country music just like a NASCAR it's different okay the stars are taught from an early age to truly engage with their fans and nobody has done this to greater effect than Taylor Swift and she of course comes from country all right and Morgan wallens seems to be at the beginning stages of the same trip or he could be anyways

and you know it's it's different for Ariana Grande she's from the pop world the fan engagement is much different it's there the artists are more a loop they're held apart in a different way than country artists are from their fans the pop world is highly regulated fans are kept at that arms length like I said in the country world it's just not like that I mean it is to some degree but it's it's different there's a different level of engagement now am I saying Morgan wallens the next Taylor Swift no am I saying

that it could be perhaps do I believe Ariana Grande will ever achieve the same level of success that Taylor Swift has achieved no I don't we all need recognize something right now we're witnessing something very special with Taylor Swift lover hate her ignore her whatever to her but realize that we have never seen anything like her before in our lifetimes not unless you saw beatomania or Elvis Presley I don't I don't mean to exclude the old heads out there I know
