| 0:00.0 | Welcome guys and gals to the Mantox podcast. I'm Connor Beaton, the host and founder of Man Talks. And on this week's midweek mini episode, we are going to take a look at quitting. We're going to talk about the six things. You must quit doing today to be more successful. And so this is something that, you know, I've had a few people reach out about. It's like, I don't know when to say no. I don't know what things I need to let go of. And so we're going to take a look at this. And I found a great quote by Nelson Mandela. It's pretty simple. | 1:22.2 | And even when it's not serving me, even when it's like something that I know consciously is getting in the way of me |
| 1:29.0 | achieving the results that I want, whether it's in my relationship or in my business, |
| 1:33.4 | uh, with my team. Sometimes it's extraordinarily challenging to let go of because I feel like |
| 1:38.3 | I'm failing if I quit at something. And so, uh, so we're going to look at, we're going to look at |
| 1:42.8 | six things. But before we dive into those, I just want to say an absolute huge thank you, uh, to everybody that's been reaching out the other day.
