0:40.2

Just before I do, just before I dive in, I just wanted to let everyone know that we have released

0:46.5

the first men's weekend of 2020. It's live. It is almost half sold. So please head on over.

1:13.5

If you have been thinking about joining us at one of the men's weekends and diving in, we do a lot of shadow work. One of the specialties that I really bring to the table is working with men on what's sabotaging them. So we work on sex and intimacy. We work on mindset. We dive into finding a deeper sense of purpose. It is always a phenomenal, phenomenal group of men. If you have been to the men's

1:19.5

weekend, don't forget to man it forward and share it with the guy. It goes a long way to,

1:24.9

you know, helping to change the lives of the men that are around you.

1:28.4

It also makes a great Christmas present. I've had a lot of women reach out and wanting to

1:33.3

get it for their, for their husband or for their partner, for their brother. By all means,

1:38.3

the guys really love it. And I've had a lot of guys that have come out to the weekends that

1:42.4

really, you know, get it as a present and then are hesitant, but then show up and have the absolute time of their life.

1:49.5

So if you have any questions, go to mantops.com, check out the men's weekends or you can go to Connor Beaten.com and check out the men's weekends.

1:57.9

So we are going to sell out quickly.

2:00.7

So I hope that you join us in Vancouver,

2:03.0

and it'll be in March of 2020. So with that housekeeping out of the way, let's dive in. And I

2:12.4

chose this poem because it is a very interesting reminder of how in life we are resistant to change.

2:23.8

We are actually, I did an episode with a guy named Bo Lotto, probably about two years ago.

2:30.8

And it was all about the neuroscience of change.
