We covered the story extensively when it happened. Moby admits it's still hard for me to make sense of Natalie Portman's negative comments about their past relationship.

Now, this is from People magazine. The singer claimed in his 2019 memoir that he had dated the actress

in 1999 when he was 33 and she was 18. Jesus. I'm sorry. I didn't realize the age difference

was that extreme. That's crazy. I mean, this was, this was like a very early mini episode that we talked about this on.

This might have been like 2019 or 2020.

Well, yeah, probably 2019 when his memoir came out.

Okay, so that's when we talked about it. And Natalie Portman, after this story, he was like going on about how he was like

in love with Natalie Portman and they were in this relationship and then Natalie Portman was like,

we were never in a relationship. Yeah, that's so embarrassing. So he said he still doesn't know

what to make of his past relationship with Natalie Portman. Personally, I would let the story go.

Because people had forgotten Moby.

There's no reason to bring this up again into people's minds.

He claimed in his memoir, then it fell apart, that he dated the actress in 1999. She denied his claim, saying in 2019, I was surprised to hear that he characterized the very short time that I knew him as dating because my recollection is a much older man being creepy with me. Wow, that's even worse than I

remembered. Okay. That's bad. I did not remember she said that part. So if that's the case,

why would he continue to harp on this? Sir. Like, also look at this picture of them together, I guess, back then, because she looks scared.
