As you've noticed, we've been doing a little bit of a mini episode in between our longer interview episodes.

We don't have a name for it yet.

We're thinking maybe check-in or The Man Cave or what about like tiny-sowed Connor tiny-sode I mean we could do like

we could do like the Canadian version where it's like you know coaches corner like with like

Don Cherry except you know I don't know I don't know we could call like we could call it like connor's corner

or rogers corner and then we'd have to wear like really crappy ties and then we're all on

audio so nobody can see us right yeah so it's right i mean it's just us wearing that i mean we could

post the ties on on instagram and stuff like that good we could do a weekly we could could do a weekly tie. This is true. But anyway, I think this is the work in progress. What about the Mantox Midweek? Oh, Mantox Midweek. That's good. That's good. It's pretty good. All right, Roger. So, I mean, this is an exciting part of the week because we've been getting asked by a lot of people to do these small segments and really dive into some specific topics.

But why don't you tell our listeners why we're having this conversation today?

You know, today's conversation is a tough one to talk about, but an important one to talk about.

Somebody in our community reached out to us and asked us to shine a bit of a bit more of a light on suicide and men.

You know, suicide rates are four times for men, what they are for women. And we want to kind

of uncover and talk about why this is, why this is happening. You know, many people believe that it's

related to our socialization of men, as men, our ability to access our emotions and our ability

to create emotionally supportive and intimate relationships with others. Connor, what do you think

is going on here? Yeah, I mean, it's a really big topic, right?

And I think we're going to do our best to uncover some of this.

But I think what it really boils down to is a lot of men are socially isolated.

And so when you look at some of the stats out there and you look at some of the research that's being done,
