Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of The Man Talks podcast. This is a midweek check-in. It is Wednesday. It's middle of the week. It's time to really check in with how you're doing. It's been a crazy week. Let's be honest. No matter what your political affiliations are, it's been a bit of a weird one. And frankly, any week where we lose a Leonard Cohen and gain

a Donald Trump is definitely a strange one. You know, there's probably some guys out there

who are feeling a little stressed about the situation. And I came across a great article that I wanted to share with you today.

The article was from Mindful magazine. I'm not sure if you guys have read Mindful before, but it's a

fantastic magazine that promotes mindfulness and gives you all sorts of really great tips and tools.

And they sent me this article called Now What, and I wanted to share it with you,

But essentially they outline 10 things you can learn from having a mindfulness practice

that helps foster resilience in the face of whatever life brings.

And let's be honest, we could all use a little bit more of that right now.

So the author is Diana Winston, and she starts out by saying,

I know that, one, things change.

So emotions change, thoughts change, the breath changes, nothing is static, and ideologies change.
