and the interviewee, Matt, asked a great question about why is it lonely at the top and why do we

buy into that narrative?

So I kind of go off on a little bit of a really important conversation and a little bit of a rant

talking about why it's not lonely at the top.

I doesn't have to be like that.

And why that's actually an unhealthy narrative and how we can start to shift that narratives for

ourselves as people that are all driving towards some version of success and fulfillment.

And so I wanted to bring this to you today because it's a really important conversation.
