coming out of Christmas. You know, there's a lot of pressure that people feel to start the,

start the year off right, and to begin anew. And, you know, that's when gym memberships are at their all time

high and programs are at their all time high. And people invest and spend a lot of money to sort of

pull themselves into this new space. And it can be a very challenging time for a lot of people when

they feel like they might be in a rut.
