Welcome guys and gals to The Man Talk Show. I'm Connor Beaton. And today we're going to dive into the

relationship checkup, the relationship check in the marriage maintenance. I tried to come up with as

many names of that as possible. So a lot of my clients have been asking recently, how do I

maintain a real depth of connection with my partner? How do I make sure that

we're on the same page consistently in the chaos of our life, right? We both have businesses.

We both have professional careers. We're both really busy. The kids, you know, the kids go to

sports and making the kids lunches and, you know, just the insanity of life.

And so a lot of people are trying to figure out how do we stay connected?

Well, I and not only I, lots of other people have created different ways of checking in

and creating maintenance for ourselves.
