appearance on a suspended license while driving?

Yeah.

Well, it turns out that he actually was supposed to have had his license reinstated a long time ago, but it hadn't been reinstated because of a clerical error.

So that was partially why technically, even though it wasn't official his license was reinstated but

it's just the paperwork wasn't making it official but he actually did have to go to jail because of that appearance.

And that's how they kind of figured out the error about his license.

So that's pretty crazy though that no one picked up on that in the courthouse
