Welcome, guys and gals to The Man Talk Show. I'm Connor Beaton, and today we're going to talk about how to

0:04.9

fuel your fire. Now, recently, I was on a panel for entrepreneurs, and everybody was asked the same

0:11.4

question. The moderator said, what is the fastest way to fuel your fire? How do you, how do you fuel

0:18.5

your fire in life? And it got me to thinking after the panel was done.

0:22.9

I don't even remember the answer that I gave.

0:24.8

And it's a different answer that I'm going to give you here today.

0:27.4

But it got me to thinking of what is the one way, the fastest way to light the fire in our life,

0:35.1

whether it's the fire of our passion, our purpose, our ability to generate an income, you know, the fire in our relationship. What is the fire in our life, whether it's the fire of our passion, our purpose, our ability to

0:57.7

can't catch a break person. The person that is constantly looking out at the world and saying,

1:04.0

I just can't catch a break. Everybody else has it easier than me. Everybody else seems to have

1:09.0

it easier than me and I have to work so much harder.

1:12.9

And life just doesn't seem to give me the opportunities that I really want and know I deserve

1:16.6

and desire.

1:17.7

Because when we look out in the world in that way, and maybe you're not one of these people,

1:22.9

but maybe you're surrounded by some of these people in your workplace or in a relationship

1:27.0

with them.

1:28.0

And I'm going to talk about how to actually move past that and call them forward.

1:32.5

But when we allow ourselves to go into this headspace and have this mentality, all that it does

1:38.5

is create this confirmation bias. And confirmation bias simply means that what we believe we look for out in the world.
